Seven and a half years ago, my Mom and I sold our house. A lot of factors came into effect on why we wanted to sell. I’ll get to that coming up soon but first let’s see how we got the house in the first place. Ever since moving to Florida back in the early 1980s, we had lived at multiple places, four different apartments and a townhouse, to be exact. We lived on the beach and on the mainland. We didn’t actually live on the beach. We were beach side, across from the beach. With all of the apartments we had constant noise. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything, and I mean everything, if you get my drift. I may dive into that story one of these days. It was rather embarrassing when you are a little kid.
Not just one great story but lots of them - I really enjoyed this post, Matt! There’s always something that needs doing, replacing, maintaining or fixing - and there will always be strange folk out there...! 🤣

As a retired realtor, I can relate to your angst.
